Effective: March 18, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 223 - 121st General Assembly For any hearing it is authorized to conduct under this chapter, the board may appoint one of its members to act on behalf of the board. The board shall make such appointments in writing. It is not necessary for a member to be an attorney to be appointed. A finding or order of a member appointed to act on behalf of the board is a finding or order of the board when confirmed by the board.
