Effective: April 17, 1963 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 24 - 105th General Assembly Sections 4301.03, 4301.04, and 4301.041 of the Revised Code do not derogate from or prejudice any other power expressly or impliedly granted to the liquor control commission by Chapters 4301. and 4303. of the Revised Code; but except as expressly provided in sections 4301.03, 4301.04, and 4301.041 of the Revised Code, the commission shall not exercise executive or administrative duties or powers.
