Effective: October 11, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 371 - 124th General Assembly The liquor control commission may adopt, repeal, and amend rules providing for and controlling pricing practices and the manner and frequency with which any person sets or changes prices at which beer is sold to or by the holders of B-1 permits, but the commission shall not set prices or markups between manufacturers or other suppliers and the holders of B-1 permits.
