Effective: November 5, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 183 - 125th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 4125.05 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever knowingly violates division (A) of section 4125.05 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
