Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly When the dependents of killed employees reside in a foreign country, the consul general, consul, vice-consul, or consular agent, accredited by the county wherein the dependents of the killed employee reside to the consular district within which the killed employee lived at the time of his decease, shall furnish the necessary information regarding the dependents of killed employees so that the bureau of workers' compensation may transmit to the dependents the funds provided for in this chapter.
