Effective: September 29, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 172 - 120th General Assembly The decision of the industrial commission as to all facts, except questions of dependency and whether the accident occurred in the course of claimant's emergency management service, is final and any emergency management worker or his dependents claiming benefits under sections 4123.031 to 4123.037 of the Revised Code is not entitled to any appeal from such decision.
