Effective: September 29, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 172 - 120th General Assembly For the purpose of determining benefits accruing under section 4123.033 of the Revised Code, an emergency management worker who receives no monetary compensation for emergency management services rendered shall qualify for maximum benefits applicable with respect to accidental injury or death provided for workers and employees under sections 4123.01 to 4123.94 of the Revised Code in the fiscal year applicable.
