Effective: November 2, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 470 - 103rd General Assembly For the purpose of determining benefits accruing under section 4123.57 of the Revised Code, a member of the Ohio organized militia shall qualify for maximum benefits provided for workers and employees under sections 4123.01 to 4123.60, inclusive, 4123.62 to 4123.94, inclusive, and 4123.99 of the Revised Code.
