Effective: November 2, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 470 - 103rd General Assembly Every member of the Ohio organized militia as defined in section 5923.01 of the Revised Code shall, when called to state active duty, be in the employment of the state for the purposes of sections 4123.01 to 4123.94, inclusive, and 4123.99 of the Revised Code.
