Effective: September 10, 2010 Latest Legislation: House Bill 519 - 128th General Assembly (A) Casino gaming shall be conducted only by licensed casino operators of the four casino facilities or by a licensed management company retained by a licensed casino operator. (B) A licensed casino operator, licensed management company, or another person may provide nongaming amenities within the casino facility.
