Effective: July 22, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 66 - 122nd General Assembly No person shall be prosecuted for a violation of this chapter if the person has been acquitted or convicted under the federal drug abuse control laws of the same act or omission which, it is alleged, constitutes a violation of this chapter.
