Effective: September 20, 1984 Latest Legislation: House Bill 208 - 115th General Assembly (A) The state board of pharmacy, its officers, agents, inspectors, and representatives, and all officers within the state, and all prosecuting attorneys, shall enforce Chapters 2925. and 3719. of the Revised Code, except those specifically delegated, and cooperate with all agencies charged with the enforcement of the laws of the United States, of this state, and of all other states, relating to controlled substances. (B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the state board of pharmacy to enforce minor violations of Chapters 2925. and 3719. of the Revised Code if the board determines that the public interest is adequately served by a notice or warning to the alleged offender.
