Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly As used in this section, "board of health" means a board of health of a city or general health district or an authority having the duties of a board of health under section 3709.05 of the Revised Code. If a zoonotic disease program is administered by the department of health, the director of health may charge a board of health a fee for each service the program provides to the board. The fee amount shall be determined by the director and be commensurate with the department's cost to provide the service. The board shall pay the fee associated with a service at the time the service is provided.
