Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of health shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to do all of the following: (A) Considering the goals set forth in section 3701.941 of the Revised Code, establish standards and procedures for certifying a primary care practice as a patient centered medical home; (B) Specify the types of medical practices that constitute primary care practices for the purpose of certifying patient centered medical homes; (C) Specify the health care quality and performance information that certified patient centered medical homes must report to the department pursuant to section 3701.942 of the Revised Code.
