Effective: November 21, 1969 Latest Legislation: House Bill 364 - 108th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 3332.06 or division (A) of section 3332.10 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
