Ohio Code § 3323.30

Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly
As used in sections 3323.31 to 3323.35 of the Revised Code, "autism and low incidence disabilities" includes any of the following:
(A) Autism;
(B) Hearing impairment;
(C) Multiple disabilities;
(D) Orthopedic disability;
(E) Other health impairment;
(F) Traumatic brain injury;
(G) Visual impairment.
