Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 555 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, a community school that operates a drug recovery program in cooperation with a court shall be considered a dropout prevention and recovery program for purposes of this chapter, regardless of the ages of students or grade levels served by the school.
