(A) Section 3314.35 of the Revised Code does not apply to any community school in which a majority of the students are enrolled in a dropout prevention and recovery program that is operated by the school and that has been granted a waiver by the former department of education prior to July 1, 2014.
(B) All community schools in which a majority of the students are enrolled in a dropout prevention and recovery program are subject to the provisions of section 3314.351 of the Revised Code, regardless of whether a waiver has been granted under this section prior to July 1, 2014. Thereafter, no waivers shall be granted under this section.
