Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A man who is presumed to be the natural father of a child pursuant to section 3111.03 of the Revised Code assumes the parental duty of support with respect to the child as provided in section 3103.031 of the Revised Code.
