Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly If the natural mother and alleged father of a child sign an acknowledgment of paternity affidavit prepared pursuant to section 3111.31 of the Revised Code with respect to that child at a child support enforcement agency, the agency shall provide a notary public to notarize or witnesses to witness the acknowledgment.
