Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) The children's trust fund board may deny funding or allocate a reduced amount of funds on a pro-rated daily basis to a child abuse and child neglect regional prevention council for the fiscal year for which a regional prevention plan was required to be developed under any of the following circumstances: (1) If a council fails to submit to the board a regional prevention plan pursuant to section 3109.174 of the Revised Code by the date specified by the board; (2) If a council fails to submit to the board an amended plan pursuant to division (C) of section 3109.175 of the Revised Code; (3) If the board fails to approve a plan or an amended plan submitted by a council. (B) The board may allocate a reduced amount of funds to a council on a pro-rated daily basis for the following fiscal year if the council fails to submit to the board a progress report or annual report as required by section 3109.172 of the Revised Code not later than the due dates specified by the board for those reports.
