Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly On receipt of a regional prevention plan submitted pursuant to section 3109.174 of the Revised Code, the children's trust fund board may do either of the following: (A) Approve the plan; (B) Deny the plan; (C) Require the submitting council to make changes to the plan and submit an amended plan to the board.
