Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No plea in abatement, or other dilatory plea to the indictment or information, shall be received by any court unless the party offering such plan proves the truth thereof by affidavit, or by some other sworn evidence.
