Effective: April 4, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 426 - 115th General Assembly Each official stenographer of the supreme court shall take an oath of office and perform such duties as the court designates. For incompetency, neglect of duty, or other good cause, a stenographer may be removed by the court, and the vacancy shall be filled by a person appointed by the court for the unexpired term.
