Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The reporter of the supreme court shall edit, tabulate, index, and publish all cases disposed of on the general docket of the supreme court, except cases dismissed for want of preparation, failure to file printed record, or by consent of the parties. He shall state in such publication the number and style of each case, character of suits, the court of appeals from which appeal is prosecuted, the attorneys of the parties, and the judgment of the court, together with the reasons therefor.
