Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Immediately after the decision of a case by the supreme court and of all other cases which are to be reported, the reporter of the supreme court shall prepare a report thereof under the supervision of the court or judge by whom it was rendered. If practicable, such reporter may incorporate in the report the points made and authorities cited by counsel in briefs, but their arguments shall not be published unless the court so orders. Thereupon the reporter shall deliver the report in manuscript to the superintendent of purchases and printing.
