Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The report of any criminal records check conducted pursuant to a request made under section 2151.904 of the Revised Code is not a public record for the purposes of section 149.43 of the Revised Code and shall not be made available to any person other than the following: (A) The person who is the subject of the criminal records check or the person's representative; (B) The administrative director of the qualified organization or the director's representative; (C) Any court, hearing officer, or other necessary individual involved in a case regarding a qualified organization's decision not to authorize hosting with the host family to which either of the following apply: (1) The host family was subject to the criminal records check. (2) The host family resided with the person subject to the criminal records check.
