Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly This section and sections 2108.01 to 2108.28 of the Revised Code modify, limit, and supersede the "Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act," 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., but do not modify, limit, or supersede section 101(a) of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7001, or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in division 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7003(b). Nothing in this section, or sections 2108.01 to 2108.28 of the Revised Code, negates the applicability of sections 1306.01 to 1306.15 of the Revised Code to this section or sections 2108.01 to 2108.28 of the Revised Code.
