Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly In applying and construing the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act enacted in sections 2108.01 to 2108.29 of the Revised Code, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
