Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly In any civil action involving a claim for the recovery of specific personal property that is before a judge of a county court, a party may recover the possession of the specific personal property prior to the entry of judgment only as provided in Chapter 2737. of the Revised Code.
