Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly In actions, under section 1907.34 of the Revised Code, for a sum, of which county court judges have exclusive original jurisdiction, if the defendant is not a resident of the county, the fact of nonresidence is a ground of attachment in the court of common pleas.
