Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly Mayors retain jurisdiction in all criminal cases involving the violation of ordinances of their respective municipal corporations and in all criminal cases involving moving traffic violations occurring on state highways located within their respective municipal corporations, to be exercised concurrently with the county court.
