Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1548.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (B) Whoever violates section 1548.19 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
