Effective: September 14, 2016 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 293 - 131st General Assembly The chief of the division of parks and watercraft, after deducting the necessary and actual expenses incurred by the division in administering Chapter 1548. of the Revised Code, shall pay to the treasurer of state to the credit of the waterways safety fund the fees received by the chief under sections 1548.10 and 1548.14 of the Revised Code.
