Effective: October 15, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 234 - 106th General Assembly No combination of persons or interests authorized by any provisions of Chapter 1509. of the Revised Code shall be construed to be a trust, monopoly, or other combination in restraint of trade prohibited by law.
