Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly Except as provided in section 1509.29 of the Revised Code, no authority granted in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing a limitation on the amount that any well, leasehold, or field is permitted to produce under proration orders of the division of oil and gas resources management.
