Effective: July 29, 1998 Latest Legislation: House Bill 579 - 122nd General Assembly The secretary of state may make copies of all documents filed with the secretary of state's office pursuant to any section of the Revised Code, by microfilm or any other authorized photostatic or digitized process, and destroy the original documents after they are copied.
