Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The certificate of compliance with the laws of this state issued to a corporation not organized under the laws of this state, or a copy of such certificate certified by the state officer issuing same, or his successor in office, shall be prima-facie evidence of the due incorporation and existence of the corporation. All officers authorized to issue certificates of compliance to corporations not organized under the laws of this state shall keep a record of such certificates issued by them.
