Effective: June 30, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly The secretary of state shall compile and publish biennially in a paper, book, or electronic format the election statistics of Ohio, the official roster of federal, state, and county officers, and the official roster of township and municipal officers.
