Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The office of data analytics and archives is created in the office of the secretary of state. Under the direction of the secretary of state, the office shall do both of the following: (A) Retain voter registration and other election related data, analyze those data for purposes of maintaining accurate election data, and publish those data; (B) Retain, analyze, and publish business services data.
