Effective: May 12, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 492 - 120th General Assembly (A) No legislative agent or employer shall knowingly fail to register as required under section 101.72 of the Revised Code. (B) No legislative agent or employer shall knowingly fail to keep a receipt or maintain a record that section 101.73 of the Revised Code requires the person to keep or maintain. (C) No person shall knowingly fail to file a statement that section 101.73 or 101.74 of the Revised Code requires the person to file. (D) No person shall knowingly file a false statement that section 101.73 or 101.74 of the Revised Code requires the person to file.
