1. An individual may apply for a retired barber license and practice in a limited capacity if the applicant is: a. At least sixty-five years of age or has been practicing a minimum of twenty years as a licensed barber; and b. Works no more than five days per month. 2. Upon an applicant meeting the qualifications under this section and paying the initial licensing fee, the board shall issue a retired barber license.
