Temporary barber license - Requirements

1. An individual who has met the requirements in subsection 2 of section 43 -04-32 may 
apply for and be issued a temporary barber license, upon payment of the required fee.
2. A license under this section:
a. Is valid for a maximum of three months;
b. Must begin from the verified date of graduation or completion of training; and
c. May be exercised only under the supervision of a licensed barber until results are 
available from the next scheduled examination.
3. If the temporary license holder fails the examination, the temporary license holder may 
apply for an extension of the individual's license under this chapter, pay the fee, and 
register for the next scheduled examination.
