Blood donation - Minors

An individual who is at least sixteen years of age may donate blood on a voluntary and 
noncompensatory basis without obtaining the consent of the individual's parent or guardian. Any 
notification of a medical condition must be mailed to the donor and the donor's parent or 
guardian.
