§ 13-1306 Charges for use of self-supporting improvements. The board\nof trustees of any village may by local law, rule, or regulation after a\npublic hearing held on notice, held on notice, establish or revise\ncharges for the use or enjoyment of self-supporting improvement. Such\nboard of trustees shall establish charges for the use or enjoyment of\nany such improvement for a daily, hourly or single use of such\nimprovement. In addition to such daily, hourly or single use charges,\nthe board of trustees of any such village may establish weekly, seasonal\nor annual charges for the use or enjoyment of any self-supporting\nimprovement. Applications for weekly, seasonal or annual permits to use\nsuch self-supporting improvement shall be made on forms supplied by the\nofficer or employee placed in charge thereof by the board of trustees of\nthe village and the charges therefor shall be paid upon the issuance of\nsuch permits. Such charges shall be used only for the purpose of\noperating, maintaining and improving such self-supporting improvement,\nincluding reserves and the payment of principal and interest on any\nbonds, notes or other obligations issued for the acquisition,\nconstruction, lease, purchase, improvement or reconstruction of any such\nself-supporting improvement.\n
