Use of self-supporting improvements

§ 13-1304 Use of self-supporting improvements. The board of trustees\nof any village may, by local law, rule, or regulation after a public\nhearing, held on notice, limit the use of such self-supporting\nimprovement to residents of the village and/or limit the number of\npersons who may be permitted to use any self-supporting improvement at\nany time to the number of users which such board of trustees shall find\nsuch self-supporting improvement may efficiently and economically serve\nor accommodate and limit admission or use to the persons applying\ntherefor in the order in which applications for admission are made.\n
