* § 406. Daniel Boggs - Marvin Franklin New York transit authority's\non-track safety program. 1. By May first, two thousand eight, the Daniel\nBoggs - Marvin Franklin New York city transit authority track safety\ntask force shall issue one or more reports setting forth the\nrecommendations of its members with respect to the Daniel Boggs - Marvin\nFranklin New York city transit authority on-track safety program. Such\nreports shall be sent to the governor, the temporary president of the\nsenate and the speaker of the assembly.\n  2. Such track safety task force shall also provide to the public\nemployee safety and health bureau within the department of labor and to\nall labor organizations that represent New York city transit authority\nemployees engaged in work on or adjacent to the right-of-way a copy of\nits reports.\n  3. Prior to implementation of any material modification to the Daniel\nBoggs - Marvin Franklin New York city transit authority's on-track\nsafety program, the New York city transit authority shall advise the\ntask force established in section four hundred four of this article\nwhich shall review such modification at its next meeting; except that\nnothing contained in this section shall be deemed to preclude or limit\nthe right of the New York city transit authority to implement any such\nmodification which it deems appropriate to enhance the safety of its\nemployees, customers or third parties.\n  * NB There are 2 § 406's\n
