* § 97-ddd. Education archives account. 1. There is hereby established\nin the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of\nthe department of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the education archives account.\n  2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the education archives account, fees, including\ncharge backs to other agencies and department units for research and\nreference services; revenue resulting from donations and the sale of\npublications; charges for duplication of information in any format\nincluding, but not limited to electrostatic and photographic copies,\nphotocopies, microform, or data discs; and public or private funds\nreceived as payment in lieu of honorarium for services rendered by state\neducation department employees which are related to such employees'\nofficial duties or responsibilities.\n  3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be available to the state education department for services and\nexpenses of the state archives and records administration.\n  * NB There are 3 § 97-ddd's\n
