Drinking water program management and administration fund

* § 97-ddd. Drinking water program management and administration fund.\n1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state\ncomptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be\nknown as the "drinking water program management and administration\nfund".\n  2. The drinking water program management and administration fund may\nconsist of (a) all moneys transferred to the state from the drinking\nwater revolving fund pursuant to section twelve hundred eighty-five-m of\nthe public authorities law, (b) all or a portion of moneys made\navailable to New York state for purposes of administering and managing\nfinancial assistance provided to recipients from the drinking water\nrevolving fund pursuant to the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, and (c)\nall other moneys credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or\nsource pursuant to law.\n  3. Moneys in the drinking water program management and administration\nfund shall be kept separately from and shall not be commingled with any\nother moneys in the custody of the state comptroller.\n  4. Moneys in the fund, following appropriation by the legislature, may\nbe used, for the purpose of paying all costs of the department of health\nand New York state environmental facilities corporation for management\nand administration of the drinking water program established by title\nfour of article eleven of the public health law and of the drinking\nwater revolving fund established by section twelve hundred eighty-five-m\nof the public authorities law.\n  * NB There are 3 § 97-ddd's\n
