Judiciary data processing offset fund

§ 94-b. Judiciary data processing offset fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the\n"judiciary data processing offset fund."\n  2. Such fund shall consist of the moneys transferred thereto by the\ncomptroller pursuant to this section.\n  3. All moneys in the judiciary data processing offset fund shall be\navailable, subject to appropriation, for the payment of services and\nexpenses of the office of court administration necessary in the\ndischarge of its data processing function, including liabilities\nincurred in a prior fiscal year.\n  4. All payments of moneys from the judiciary data processing offset\nfund shall be made on the audit and warrant of the comptroller on\nvouchers certified or approved by the chief administrator of the courts.\n
